Large room with en suite bathroom, double bed, built-in cupboards & furniture.
COSTS:
Single person: R1700 per month plus month deposit. Couples: £1900 per month plus month deposit.

KITCHEN:
You'll not be restricted to your room only but will have use of the well-equiped kitchen, washing machine & first floor terrace.
The terrace has one of the best views of False Bay.
There is a built-in braai next to the terrace that you can use come rain or shine.

PARKING:
There is parking space next to the house for two cars.
On street parking is also available.

HOUSE, AREA & VIEW:
The house is on Sailfish part of 'On The Bay', a fairly new development next to Baden Powell Drive.
It is a safe neighbourhood with friendly neighbours looking out for one another.
It's directly opposite Blue Waters Resort which is within walking distance, & the Strandfontein Tidal Pool is a short drive away.
Surrounded by panoramic views stretching from Simonstown on the right, across the ocean to Helderberg on the left, with Seal Island directly in the middle.
There are lots of small bays nearby for fishing, surfing & bathing.
The water is warm on this side not as icy as on the Atlantic Seaboard

TRAVEL:
There are numerous taxis & regular busses from Spine Road & Seafarer Road 5 minutes walk away.
Muizenberg is a 10 minute drive away, & Cape Town is a 30 minute drive away.
